In the statement it was underlined, that in face of all the attacks, the flame of resistance has rose from Amed to Istanbul, from Wan to Mersin on Newroz and proved that the national Kurdish freedom struggle will never bow their heads to the colonialist fascism. The statement of the prisoners of MLCP trials puts forward these demands: "End the isolation of Abdullah Ocalan! Conditions for Ocalans health, safety and free communication have to be created! The right of education and defence in mother tongue has to be accepted! The military and political attacks of the state against the national Kurdish forces, revolutionary and democratic organisations and persons have to be stopped! Abolishment of the Tribunals with special authorization (OYM) and the anti-terror law (TMY)!" and concludes with: "Bijî berxwedana gelê Kurd! (Kurdish: Long live the resistance of the Kurdish people!) Long live the unity of struggle of the peoples! Long live freedom, long live socialism!"
The number of prisoners of PKK and PAJK trials, who are in indefinite hunger strike since February 15, is continuously rising.
