In Adana, the police attacked on the electricity workers who have been resisting against outsourcing since March 5.
The workers affiliated to the Enerji-Sen had opened tents in front of the building of TEDAS (Toroslar Electricity Distribution Enterprises) against lay-offs and outsourcing. The workers were fired when they demanded their unpaid wages of the previous 3 months. {divide}

In their statement, they said: "We defend our jobs, bread and future and we will continue resisting like the way we have resisted until now". They shouted slogans such as "We will not surrender before outsourcing!", "Outsourcing in energy means death!" and "Energy workers are not alone!"
On March 26, the general president of Enerji-Sen Kamil Kartal was exposed to an armed attack of a group including the provincial president of Tes-Is , in the thermal power plant of Afsin-Elbistan in Maras .
