Families organised in TAYAD started a 2-day hunger strike on March 17 in Ankara and Istanbul for the freedom of the political prisoner Yasemin Karadag who suffers serious illnesses due to high blood tension and kidney problems.
In their actions, TAYAD members informed about the health situation and prison conditions of Yasemin Karadag and they also protested the sexual abuse of the Kurdish children imprisoned due to political reasons in Pozanti Prison.{divide}
