On the 40th Day of the civil massacre in Roboski, those responsible are still "unknown". Instead of punishing those responsible, the bourgeois Turkish state is molesting the families by sending different kind of delegations. {divide}From February 1-3, members of a commission founded after the massacre and linked to the Human Rights Investigation Commission of the Turkish Parliament, mainly consisting of deputies from the AKP and CHP , went to Sirnak, Uludere in order to "investigate" and talk to the families of the 34 poor peasants killed by war-planes on December 28, 2011. However, the response they got from the relatives was very clear. Hanim Encu, who lost her brother Serhat Encu at the civil massacre committed by the state, said: "they have come here to defend the murderer Erdogan. We do not want their money. They shall find and announce the culprits within 10 days; otherwise we will burn down our houses and go to Barzani (South Kurdistan). My brother was lying their injured for 3, 5 hours. If an ambulance would have come, he would be alive know."
The families of the victims of the civil massacre also handed over a petition containing 21 items to the delegation. In that petition it says: "until the culprits of this brutal incident resulting in the death of 34 people will not be found and punished, we will not demand any kind of compensation of the state. We want you to know that we reject the offer of material or moral compensation already made and also those made in future. You have to know that we will not touch money which is the price of blood of our children, meanwhile our hearts are bleeding."
