On September 2, the Turkish bourgeois state announced that it has suspended the military relations with Israel due to the fact that the UN report advices no sanctions to Israel because of the massacre that it has committed against the Blue Marmara Ship for solidarity with the Gaza people. The Turkish state announced a 5-point-list of sanctions, not including any suspense of commercial relations on the one hand, but on the other hand, it took a decision in the meantime to permit the deployment of a missile defence shield system of the NATO in Northern Kurdistan. The main aim of this deployment is to protect Israel from a possible offence from Iran, especially in case of a military intervention to Syria!{divide}
It has been alleged that the local command-centre of the system will be established in the 2nd Tactical Air Commandership in Diyarbakir (Amed) and the deployment process will be concluded before the end of the year. The system will be controlled by a central in Germany.
This missile defence system was one of the main agendas of the negotiations between the Turkish state and the US imperialism to liquidate the PKK .
On September 9, the Defence Ministry of Israel stated that the Turkish state has not suspended the military relations and the military ambassador of Israel is still working in Turkey.
Moreover, Erdogan, on a statement on September 8, repeated the demand that the Unmanned Air Vehicles (Israel-made Herons) which have been sent to Israel for repair should be sent back. Erdogan expressed that the killings by Israel are human rights violations and there has been a use of unproportional force and right after this he said: "Moreover, there was a date fixed for the repair of the Unmanned Air Vehicles but the planes have not been returned until now. According to the last report, we have 6 planes there, and they have to give back the planes that we have paid the money for". Erdoğan related this issue with "commercial ethics".
These facts show once more that Erdogan and the AKP government stands on the side of the US imperialism and Israel Zionism on regional politics and it will never possible to stand against Israel, first because of being a capitalist country dependent on imperialism and secondly because of the colonialist dirty war continuing against the Kurdish national movement. Especially the Arab peoples should now that the relations of the Turkish bourgeois state with Israel is very deep and also rooted in military and political cooperation in the liquidation of the struggles in Palestine and Kurdistan and the common military activities of Turkey and Israel will not even come to discussion without the democratic solution of the Kurdish question.
