Within the context of the Turkish fascist colonialist dictatorship's new war on Kurdistan that carries a regional and international character, a ground operation by Iranian and Turkish armed forces is on the way. The first attack has started today by the Iranian forces from three wings in Zele region near Qandil.
It has been observed that today and yesterday Iranian armed forces deployed a large number of mortars, howitzers, heavy guns and troops at its military headquarters near the border. The Iranian colonialist state has constructed new bases on the boundary line, turned some mosques around the region into military bases and evacuated the schools for military use.{divide}
It has turned out that the Iranian ground attack will include the Qandil, Xinere and Xaxurke zones. The Iranian armed forces are permitted by Barzani to enter 7 km towards Xinere and 5 km towards Qandil into the borders of Iraq.
The Southern Kurdistan forces give support to the liquidation and annihilation attacks of the colonialist forces. The roads to Qandil have been blocked starting from yesterday by KDP. The protests of the Southern Kurds against the Turkish colonialist attack are being attacked more severely by the Southern Kurdistan police. The KDP-led media started to propagandize that the only reason for the air attacks is the actions of PKK and PJAK . It has been learnt that this step was taken right after the KDP member and chief of the Iraqi intelligence Karim Sincari's secret visit to Turkey and Barzani's visit to Iran. The leaders of KDP including Barzani were already in negotiations and made series of meetings with the Iranian state.
The USA gave permission to the Turkish bourgeois state for a two-month-long operation.
The reporters inform that the ground operation will be carried out either together or simultaneously by the Turkish and Iranian colonialist forces.
The Iranian colonialist armed forces had launched an attack on Medya Defence Zones on July 16 and were forced to withdraw after two weeks due to the strong resistance of the PJAK guerrillas after losing approximately 300 soldiers.
