Turkey is in first place in ECHR

In their 60th anniversary the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) published a report. According to the report, in 2010 with 278 cases Turkey was in first place. It has also been reported that in the same year the ECHR had a 7% rise in applications. {divide}In 2010, Russia followed Turkey with 216 cases, then came Romania with 143 cases and Ukraine with 109. These four countries made up a total of 49.8 % of the total applications.
The colonialist fascist regime is continuing to violate the ECHR which has been established to formalise the laws of the bourgeois democracy. Torture, disappearances in custody, trials which even go against the laws of the bourgeois system are already subject to court cases.
Turkey's human rights violations is highly bulky in the world. In the dirty war which is ongoing in Kurdistan; burning villages and forests, street executions, prison massacres, mass graves, gendarmerie massacres ( JITEM ), etc. New accusations are coming to daylight everyday.
In the Ergenekon case, new archives, coup plans, secretly hidden ammunition stocks are emerging day-by-day and all of this supports the meaning that all of these are a preparation of an organisation for counter guerrilla attacks.
This is how Turkey's experimental democracy looks like while imperialist powers show Turkey as a model country of the Middle East.
