To learn from all the struggles of the past and present means for our party first of all to learn from the martyrs of revolution. For this reason, we want to dedicate the 100th issue of our international bulletin to our martyrs, whose memory is always lightening up our way.

 1 December 2010 / International Bulletin / No 100

In September 2002 the International Bureau of our party started to publish a monthly international bulletin in different languages. The most important aim, which we have formulated more than 8 years ago in the following way, is still valid today: "The fundamental aim of our bulletin is to introduce class struggle in our country to the international communist movement."
We always tried to provide the international revolutionary and communist movement an insight in the important incidents in different areas of the class struggle in Turkey and North Kurdistan, its backgrounds and prospects and due to the several positive feedbacks we are of the opinion that we have succeeded in doing so. Many groups, organisations and parties from all over the world let us know that they follow the political development in our country by means of the international bulletin, receive information about experiences in different areas of struggle and get to know the position of our party. Be it Albania, Azerbaijan, Germany or Mexico; for many revolutionaries from all over the world the monthly bulletin became an important and continuous source of information.
After our 3rd Party Congress the bulletin turned into one of the means our party established in order to intervene into the international processes and to cope with its responsibility at international level. The directive for our international work given by our 3rd Party Congress in 2002, to whose implementation also the international bulletin is contributing, is still valid:
"In our day, determinately developing the international unity of the revolutionary organisations those who are communist and open to communism is an urgent task. Today, the international unity can only be achieved by developing the international action of the proletariat and peoples and by acting with the perspective of building ideological and organisational unity. Doubtlessly, the organisational aim consists in the foundation of the Communist International." Beside the proletarian international unity, the communist parties, groups and trends are obliged to set relations with all parties, organisations and movements to form international anti-fascist, anti-imperialist front or unity."
Our 4th Congress underlined this pointing at that fact that the organisational and ideological crisis of the international communist movement continues; that under the conditions of the world economic crisis the lack of an international organisation of a communist and revolutionary movement has been a factor for the communist movement having no influence, being passive and spontaneous. The congress also added that a party and forces claiming to realise socialism could be the attention of the new tendency to found a new International; that the new period could create new polarisations, new approaches and equalities and unifications, and that the movements and forces today can' be analysed on the basis of former splits and clusters."
As we wrote already in number 86 of our Bulletin, our party is of the opinion that the relations with the political struggle, the level of relations with young and new forces, the approach to the armed struggle and the position in the country's and world politic must be important criteria for the analysis of revolutionary parties and organisations. It considers its duty of ideological struggle as important and therefore, considers the national limited way of thinking, border and soil questions on the international level as duties of its ideological struggle. It believes as equal and free fraternal parties on the international level a new way of international relations must be developed.
We are convinced that our international bulletin will continue to contribute to the fulfilment of these duties also in future and we will go on to publish it monthly in different languages. In a world in which the preconditions not only develop for revolutions in single countries but also for revolutions in regions and in the world and in which the struggle for socialism, for a world without private property of means of production where exploitation of humans through humans is abolished, is more actual than ever before, strengthening of proletarian internationalism in theory and practice is an urgent duty of all communists.
Apart from practical solidarity and the active international cooperation in class struggle, our party gives a lot of importance to the theoretical work at international level too and tries hard to fulfil the responsibilities and duties given to her by history also in this area. Fundamental analysis and a comprehensive discussion on the questions of the restoration of capitalism, the development of imperialism today as well as the history and future of the international unity of the communist movement are necessary in order to be able to draw conclusions from the past and lead the struggle for revolution and socialism to victory.
To learn from all the struggles of the past and present means for our party first of all to learn from the martyrs of revolution. For this reason, we want to dedicate the 100th issue of our international bulletin to our martyrs, whose memory is always lightening up our way.
