The 4th Congress of our party MLCP continues to be celebrated. Our party's militia hanged up a banner read "With the power of the 4th Congress, forward to become the leading party" on the E-5 motorway at Esenkent in Maltepe, Istanbul on September 18 in order to salute the 4th Congress. On the same day the militia hanged up a banner read "With the 4th Congress to the revolution and socialism" on the E-5 at Tuzla, Istanbul.
