Protest by ESP against the show of Erdogan

Turkey's Prime Minister Tayyip Erdogan has also been protested after having heavily critisized the Israeli President at the World Econmomic Forum at Davos on January 29, 2009 and by that, realised a show. After its written statement, the ESP organised an action in front of the local city office of the AKP on February 1. At the action Palestinian flags were carried and slogans such as "Cancel the hidden agreements" and "Close the Zionist embassy". The ESP activists opened the banner read "Don't make a show, cancel the agreements". In a statement made in the name of the ESP, it was stressed that Erdogan's show is only to be related to the elections. The statement blamed Erdogan for carrying out an election campaign through a fake anti Zinonism and emphasized that he hasn't cancelled any agreement with Israel so far. The Prime Minister of Turkey, who is the strategic partner of Israel, was called to behave honestly. The ESP also called upon the workers and labourers and invited them to join the actions in front of the AKP offices together with the ESP.
