The activists of Genc-Sen made another action to commemorate Alexandros Grigoropulos who was killed by the police in Greece. This time, the action took place at Yuksel Street in Ankara on December 17 in the evening. At the action, the resistance of the Greek people was greeted. The demonstrators drew the attention to the police murders in Turkey as well. They demanded that the PSVK of the Turkish state that gives unlimited authorisation to the police should be cancelled. The activists of Genc-Sen stated the following in their declaration: "What we see in Alexis is Baran Tursun, Festus Okey, Cagdas Gemik and Feyzullah Ete. The way that we should follow is the way of asking account from the murderers. The way that we should follow is revolt against poverty, unemployment and crisis". The slogans shouted at the action are: "Prime Minister Tayyip: this fire will burn you, too!" and "From Turkey to Greece: murderer police will render an account!"
