The ESP in Antep made a statement on October 27 protesting that there is still no date for the trial starting against the 11 activists of the ESP arrested and having been behind bars at Antep prison with the claim to be "members of the MLCP" since May 13. In its written statement, the ESP said that the imprisonment of the ESP activists without any concrete prove has no legal grounds. To remember, the police that had confiscated a lot of material including legal magazines and books as "documents of an illegal organisation" in the operation carried out against the ESP activists later gave back all the material. The ESP also protested against the killing of the revolutionary Engin Ceber by the police.
