As their first stop the ESP activists, who put on t-shirts on which slogans were written such as "The putschists must be convicted, we want justice", chose the place of Adapazari-Izmit-Sakarya, where a lot of Kurdish businessmen were kidnapped and murdered by extra-legal killings, and gathered at Kocaeli Insan Haklari Park on September 23. Here, the ESP representative Figen Yuksekdag held a speech saying that political interests have played a role in the Ergenekon case and that some prisoners of this case have been released allegedly because of their health problems. It was also said that the Ergenekon operation, which must be considered as a fake operation, has strengthened and protected the counter-guerrilla instead of dissolving it. At the action which was supported by the EHP , EHP, EMEP , Mazlum-Der, SDP and Halkevleri the banner read "The counter-guerrilla must be dissolved, the putschists must be convicted. We want justice".
On the evening of September 23, the ESP activists reached Gezbe and organized an action at Tarihi Cesme. The topic of the action was the kidnapping and killing of Huseyin Toraman in 1991 by the police which had taken place at Gebze. The action focused on the fact that the murderers of Toraman have still been able to walk around freely and that the struggle against forced disappearances will continue. The activists shouted the slogans "Dissolution of the counter-guerrilla" and "From Susurluk to Ergenekon, we want justice" and the action was also supported by the DTP . On September 24, the ESP activists set off to Tuzla when they were stopped at Icmeler by the police claiming that the activists "would have endangered road traffic." Despite the police` effort to stop them, the activists reached Dearsan Shipyard. Here, they organized an action for the support of Limter-Is leader Levent Akhan, who has started a resistance two weeks ago, as well as Limter-Is secretary of education Suleyman Yeter`s case who was arrested and killed in 1999. In the statement of the action made at Tuzla, where the search for justice against the counter-guerrilla was aimed at be united with the Tuzla shipyard workers` search for justice, it was emphasized that the actions for justice can never be hindered in any way. On the same day, the ESP activists set off to Kartal, Istanbul, where a lot of revolutionaries became martyrs, and organized an action at Kartal Square. They called on the people to join the struggle against the counter-guerrilla and for the conviction of the putschists.
