9 out of 18 arrested students of Dicle University Students` Association were detained because of having joined the protest actions on November 6 concerning the foundation anniversary of YOK (Council of Higher Education). The students had been arrested during raids on their houses immediately after the actions took place. The detained students are charged to have organised a march through the univeristy in the name of an organisation, hanged up a banner, distributed leaflets and organised a forum.
