On the evening of September 9, our party militants celebrated the 13th anniversary of our party by blockading the street Kurucesme with Molotov cocktails in Buca, Izmir. The militia hanged up a banner on which it said "Long live our party MLCP" and shouted the slogans "For the victory of the revolution, long live the MLCP", "Workers join our party MLCP", "Women join our party MLCP" and "Long live the revolution, long live socialism". In a speech made on the action, the 13th anniversary of our party was celebrated with the following statement: „MLCP revolutionaries have been sentenced many times by fascism's courts and have been given high penalties. Communism shows the way to humanity. Communism is the future of humanity. Communism can not be sentenced. In these days where we are marching towards the 14th anniversary of our party, we repeat the slogan of freedom to the revolutionary prisoners."
