The first hearing of those 20 that joined and were imprisoned after the "Meeting for ustice and freedom" for solidarity with the September 10 - prisoners, who were taken to court on April 13, is set for June 7, 2007. The police had brutally attacked the "Meeting for justice and freedom", taking place at Istanbul-Besiktas, with gas bombs and truncheons and arrested 114 progressive, revolutionary and socialist forces. 20 out of the 114, who are activists of the ESP (Socialist Platform of the Oppressed), SGD (Socialist Youth Association) and DTP (Party for a Democratic Society), were imprisoned in Bayrampasa prison.
