Fascist Turkish state continues with violating wildly the freedom of press.
After sending many journalists to type-F prisons as a result of the attacks against our party and revolutionary and socialist press and organisations in September, the state has imprisoned two more journalists, following the murder of Hrant Dink and the arrestment terror against Haci Orman.
Kemal Aydeniz, ex-Chief Editor of the magazine Odak, was arrested in his house on 6 February and was sent to prison for the reason that there has been issued a decision of imprisonment about him. Aydeniz was sentenced to ten months in prison, five months for each of the articles "F-type repression and isolation cannot make the revolutionary will surrender!" and "We do not want F-type deaths!". Both articles were published in the magazine Odak.
On the other hand, journalist Sinan Kara, owner of the newspaper "Ege'nin Sesi" was arrested in Batman and sent to prison on the base of a decision of imprisonment which was taken before.
