 With the TMY attack on 21 September in 20 cities of Turkey and Northern Kurdistan (Istanbul, Eskisehir, Ankara, Izmir, Adana, Kayseri, Sivas, Antep, Mersin, Antalya, Mugla, Denizli, Iskendurun, Izmit, Antakya, Diyarbakir, Malatya, Manisa, Canakkale, Rize/Findikli and Hopa) more than 50 organisations and houses raided.
Dozens of computers, many CDs, newspaper achieves, books, magazines, mobile phones, notebooks and documents were sized during the raids.
118 revolutionaries were taken into custody.
The terror of raid and detention is carried out in respect to a file in the hands of the police, on which wrights "to be kept secret for 6 months", and under the pretext of that the raided organisations may have connection with MLCP and the members of MLCP may be working in those organisations.
The detentions are still continuing and there are people who have been taken into police custody while supporting the detained people at the court or attending to the protest actions.
 The number of imprisoned people rose to 43 following the end of the trials of the people who were taken into police custody on 26 September in Istanbul and Antakya and kept in detention for 5 days. In addition, 3 socialists who were arrested in Istanbul (Kamber Saygili, the education and organisation expert of the Limter-Is Union, Ali Haydar Keles and Serfinaz Gocmez from ESP ) have not been carried to the trial yet and are kept in the Anti-Terror Department of Vatan in Istanbul.
