On the 7th of September, four Kurdish workers who were sitting in a tea-garden in Sakarya and faced assaults and attacks by the MHP (National Action Party) fascists, suffered from lynching attempt.
Following the fascist attack in the tea-garden, the police arrested Kurdish youth who came to work in Sakarya. The fascists, who in the mean time spread in the city that the arrested workers are from PKK (Kurdistan Workers' Party), gathered a group of 1500 people in front of the police station. The provoked crowed asked for four Kurdish workers under the police custody to be given to them. While the crowed had waited long time without being dispersed, the head of the city has encouraged people for lynching attempts as it happened during the previous lynching attempts both in Sakarya and in other cities.
