 The cabinet decided in the framework of the resolution of the UNO from August, 28 to send troops to Lebanon.
The anti-imperialist, progressive and revolutionary forces and the democratic mass organizations and trade unions on the other part increased theirs activities against the decision of the collaborating AKP government to send troops for the occupation force in several parts of Turkey and Northern Kurdistan.
The Coordination against the Occupation in Iraq made a manifestation in Taksim/Istanbul on August, 30, and announced that they will meet in Ankara on August, 5, against sending troops to Lebanon.
