The imperialist aggression and occupation on the Middle-East and Iraq is aiming at setting hegemony on the region's oil reserves and their distribution lines, to form a protectorate colonial regime in Iraq, to support Israel Zionism against the Palestinian resistance, to browbeat the oppressed peoples and nations under the name of "war against terrorism", to reshape the Middle-East in accordance with the USA's strategic interests and to make kneel down the countries such as Syria and Iran who are raising refusal to the policies of the USA.

The USA occupants have sank into a bog in Iraq. They are having difficulty in forming a protectorate colonial administration. The peoples of the Middle-East and Iraq are increasing the resistance against the USA and the colonial regime that it tries to form. The occupants could not gain a firm foothold in Iraq. The resistance is developing in the forms of guerrilla type armed struggle and militant mass movement. The USA's and other occupant forces' military losses are increasing. This resistance is gradually organising itself and becomes an organised struggle. The searches and works for the "Front for National Resistance and Liberation", which considered as a tool for organisation and increase of the united anti-imperialist and anti-occupation resistance, is almost finished.

A new Iraq will be born through the will and resistance of the peoples. In today's Iraq, the resistance which leans on to the people will win and form the new Iraq. Under the conditions of the occupation of USA and UK, the feelings of trust and desire for unity are ripening among the Sunni and Shiite Arab peoples, and the national consciousness is developing. The grounds of the national upraising and resistance are strengthening. The resistance targeting the imperialist occupation and aggression in Iraq will, in connection with the logics and development of the struggle, target the collaborators also. Development of the Arab people's anti-imperialist consciousness and democratic surge in Iraq can foil the imperialist forces' plans and provocations using national, ethnic and religious contradictions and can make new Iraq as the centre of resistance in the region. And, this resistance will continue to be a great source of strength and morality for the oppressed people of the world.

The struggle against the collaborator leadership of the Kurds (KDP -Democratic Party of Kurdistan- and KYB -Patriotic Union of Kurdistan) must be conducted in connection with defence and acceptance of the national existence and democratic rights of the Kurds.

The aggression and occupation of the USA can only be repulsed by a militant international mass movement and by the strength and pressure of a united anti-imperialist fight in Iraq and the Middle-East.

There is a revolution fermenting under the chaos and under the political conditions that created by the imperialist occupation and aggression in Iraq and the Middle-East. This is the other meaning of the resistance in Iraq. The world's communist, revolutionary, progressive and anti-war organisations and forces are under the obligation of increasing and spreading the resistance in Iraq. Opposing the imperialist war and occupation is one of the main criterions of being a democrat. It expresses a principled and political stand. A revolutionary struggle against the imperialist globalisation attacks and the neoliberal politics can't be reforming of the capitalist imperialism, in other words, tinkering about with the extraordinary extreme attacks, but this struggle shall target the fundaments of capitalism, namely in connection with the struggle against imperialist aggression and occupation.

Therefore, the ESF (European Social Forum) and other regional and international platforms must overcome their silent and inactive situation that occurred in the demonstrations organised against the imperialist war and occupation on the 27th of September, the anniversary of the Palestinian uprising. Because, this stance is a political attitude that weakens the international solidarity and action. It also means not showing reaction against the USA imperialism's "civilisation conflicts" propagandas, against provoking of chauvinism and enmity among the peoples. It means being silent on the reactionary, fascist laws and practices of the bourgeoisie democracy, which has abolished itself also formally, after 11 September. It means being silent on the concrete practices of the neo-liberal policies.

In the present situation where the faiths of the peoples of the Middle-East have become united and where the revolutionary opportunities, dynamics and conditions have developed on the regional level, MLCP considers the upholding of the slogan of "Democratic Federation Middle-East", which would be the product of peoples revolutionary will and fight against the ambitions of imperialist will and colonial regime, as an historical and political duty. The throw out of the occupants is the common problem of all peoples of the Middle-East. And this insists a common struggle and organisation between the peoples of the Middle-East. The progressive, revolutionary and communist parties of the Middle-East are face to face with the historical and political responsibility of organising and conducting the united struggle.

MLCP is of the opinion that we mustn't consider international solidarity and action on an abstract and verbally level on the way of organizing this common organizing and this common struggle, but concretely and practically. The first step towards this direction is a "Middle-East Conference", which will be participated by anti-imperialist parties and organizations, and it repeats its call for that.
