After the 11th of September, the imperialist USA, chief enemy of the people of the world, has increased the imperialist terror, war threat and aggression against the proletariat and people of the world and their political, revolutionary and communist vanguard parties and their actions. The USA imperialism has bombed and occupied Afghanistan. It supported Palestine occupation and savageness of Israeli Zionism. And now, it is preparing for war and aggression against Iraq.

For this reason, it has increased his diplomatic, military and intelligence activities and talks. The war machine and militarism of the USA have intensified their manoeuvres. Different war scenarios and attack plans, which also include the collaborationist administrations such as Turkey, Jordan and Israel, have being drawn.

The USA have inactivated the insignificant objections and resistance of Turkish state and his government under the condition of political crises and through Turkey's membership to NATO, through liabilities of strategic collaboration treaty and talks and as a result of the persistence from IMF. But today, the talks are continuing on how much would be the cost of military service. Doubtlessly, there are proletariats' and peoples' revolutionary, anti-imperialist organizations and forces today, as were in the past, against the will of counter-revolution and imperialism. At the end, as it seen many times in history, the winners have been the forces and revolutionary actions of this millions of people.

On 11th of September, the USA imperialism got strokes in his high security and protected military, financial and political centres.

He sunk into the bog in Afghanistan and referred invoice, which is possible to cost high in future, to Turkish bourgeoisie army and start watching behind.

The fascist junta in Venezuela, organised by the USA, was repulsed in just two days and the people of Venezuela are upholding the resistance against counter-revolutionary activities of CIA. The heroic people of the Palestine did not only exposed a great resistance against the attack and occupation of Israel, supported by USA, just for themselves, but also for all oppressed nations and the people of the world who are kept under exploitation.

The President of the USA, Bush, was protested by hundreds of thousands of people, who are against war and imperialism, while he was touring in Germany and France to prepare and get support for war in Iraq. The USA's administrative tours in Middle East and South East Asia, also, did not led to any result.

The expansion of racism, chauvinism and fascist movement by the imperialist capitalism and, on the contrary to this, the development and increase of the anti-capitalist, anti-imperialist and antifascist actions of proletariat and people in all over the world is not a coincidence. This is the reflection and transmission of anger and reaction in the streets, which accumulated in the working class and oppressed people of the world against imperialist globalisation and neo-liberal politics. In this anger, there are detonation of reaction against diseases and badness of capitalism and also, aspiration and hope of the proletariat and oppressed to build a future of humanity. The struggle desire in oppressed Muslim peoples of our geography, Turkey, and of the East is growing against the imperialists` dependency, racist, reactionary pan-Christian policies and imperialist politics, wars and militarism.

We can say it right now, that neither Iraq would be same as Afghanistan, nor the political and regional developments would course under the control or will of the USA during the attack against Iraq.

On contrary to collaborationist and fascist Turkish regime, which yielded against the interests and politics of the USA and other imperialists, the proletariat, Turkish and Kurdish people, who worn by devastation that created by the imperialist dependency and economic crises, will not fight for USA in the war.

In the world, the anti-fascist, anti-imperialist and "anti-globalisation" movement against the imperialist globalisation and neo-liberal attacks of the capitalism, is growing like a snow ball. But this movement has politically, ideologically and organisationally no revolutionary leadership. There is a futility and luck of leadership in this movement.

The centralisation and unification of these forces and dynamics, whose numbers are high and developing, but at the same time scattered, broken to pieces and relatively ineffective against the imperialist capitalism and capital, with the revolutionary leadership is a historical and political duty.

The vanguard of the proletariat of Turkey and North Kurdistan, MLCP, considers it as his internationalist, revolutionary and political duty, to make revolutionary and active interference into the movement that develops in all over the world, shows growing trend and carries strong anti-imperialist and anti-capitalist motives. MLCP calls to all parties, organizations and groups, who claims and carries the mission of being political vanguard and subject of proletariat and oppressed people of the world, to be an active component of the front of anti-fascist and anti-imperialist struggle, and to conduct united and organized struggle. We think that, if there will not be the canalizing interference and leadership of the world communist movement into anti-imperialist struggle, which is developing as anti-globalization and anti-war movement in all over the world, will thoroughly serve to the interests of anti-Marxist petty-bourgeoisie or reformist/liberal movements and particularly to interests of imperialism. EU sided tendency or attitude that we see in this movement is an open expression of this. We fully believe in that the world communist movement has strength to direct developing anti-imperialist movement even in today's conditions. The important thing is to mobilize our forces in this direction.
