 QAMIŞLO
The commemoration ceremony in Qamislo, which was held in the office of Institution for the Solidarity and the Unity of the Peoples (SYPG), started with a minute of silence and continued with MLKP/Kurdistan Organization's statement on the martyrdom of Taylan Kutlar and Hıdır Çallı.

On the ceremony, the SYPG representative Beritan Asya stated as follows:

"Taylan Kutlar joined the Rojava revolution in 2012 and since then, he had been participated various operations for the liberation of Rojava. He fought as a commander in the operations of Şehit Rubar, Til Hemis, as well as in the heroic resistance of Kobane together with his comrade Sarya (Silbel Bulut). Comrade Adil was a great revolutionary who had spent tens of years in the dungeons of Turkish state resisting against fascism. He didn't show any hesitation to run wherever his party and revolution needed him for the sake of growing the struggle of revolution. I personally met him in the war of Kobane. What has left me from him was his smile and excitement. Being desperate against his fighting feature, the ISIS gangs put millions of dollars on his head. However comrade Taylan Kutlar didn't step back but kept on fighting in the Kobane resistance till the victory.

Comrade Hıdır Çallı on the other hand, was one of the fighters who headed towards Rojava and participated the Kobane resistance, after the call of his party MLKP. After he fought in the Kobane resistance, he passed to Shingal, taking his place in the operations for the liberation of Yazidi peoples.

After spending years fighting in Rojava, both of these comrades applied their party to let them realize their war experiences in the free mountains of North Kurdistan. In 2016, they went together to the mountains of Dersim and there, they defended their free lands against the colonialist attacks.
It is always hard for us to mention about the martyrs of Dersim. But I can say that the peoples of Rojava will keep them alive in their resistance against the occupation of Turkish state."

 SERÊKANİYÊ

Along with representatives of PYD, The Martyrs' Families Assembly and Movement for Democratic Society (TEV-DEM), many locals took part in the ceremony held in Serekaniye.

Following a minute of silence and cine-vision show on the memories of Taylan Kutlar and Hıdır Çallı, the MLKP representative Erdal Cebo made a speech:

"I want to begin my words in memory of Adil, Özkan and three comrades from PKK , who were immortalized while giving a heroic resistance against Turkish army. Our comrades created a new history of resistance at the mountains of Dersim. Against the high military techniques of the enemy, our comrades left Turkish state desperate with their AK-47 weapons on their shoulders. They carried the watchword of Hüseyin Demircioğlu, the former MLKP CC member, who fell martyr on the death fast resistance in 2001 after joining the resistance by saying "I must be the one who embarks first", to the Rojava revolution with their own lives. After that, they gave another honorable example to the resistance history of Dersim mountains. Just as how they bravely fought and defended their winter base against the Turkish army this winter, we will defend our revolutionary lands with the same resisting soul."

The PYD representative Şevket Müslim did also take the floor on the ceremony and stated as follows: "I do commemorate both of our brave martyrs. They spent their lives for the peoples and marched to immortality. Their labor on Rojava revolution is still alive here in these lands. We once again give promise that we'll not give up following the path of our martyrs."

The mountains of Dersim, which welcomed the Armenians hundreds years ago, are now embracing the guerrillas of Kurdistan on their foots and rock faces. And now, on behalf of these two MLKP guerrillas, these lands of Dersim once again become the symbol of resistance and struggle."

Alişer Serêkaniyê, one of the MLKP commanders of Ş.Alişer Deniz Regiment, did also take the floor and stated as follows:

"Our comrades Adil and Özkan are the examples of a limitless revolutionariness, an heimatlos combativeness. Their struggle history that extends from the trenches of Rojava up to the mountains of Dersim, show us how a revolutionary should be. Comrade Adil had marked his labor, his braveness and courage on each streets of Kobane while fighting in the heroic resistance of Kobane. He participated all operations of the liberation of Rojava from the ISIS, wounded many times but never stepped back from fighting. He did not only fight for the freedom of Kurdish, Arabic, Armenian, Syriac and other peoples of Rojava but also worked for the social construction by undertaking high responsibilities within various institutions of the revolution. He accomplished all of his duties successfully with a great will and excitement. Today his martyrdom tells us that ‘our revolution, which we created by giving limitless labor and thousands of martyrs, will spread from Rojava to the Northern Kurdistan, to all parts of Kurdistan and the world. The revolutionaries will not hesitate to sacrifice themselves for the sake of spreading the revolution fire all around.' And today, we should rise their struggle by defending our lands, our Rojava revolution against the occupying Turkish state and imperialist states."
